Project status at a glance. Device details at the touch of a button.
onework SCAN helps assess the status of ETS projects. Devices without a valid unique address, as well as unreachable devices, are automatically detected. At the same time, both a concise project overview and detailed results at the device level are available.
This makes analysis, targeted filtering, and reliable documentation significantly more efficient.
Unlike generic testing routines, onework SCAN remains entirely within the ETS context. The tool does not modify the project and is specifically designed for diagnostics, reporting, and project documentation.
That's what makes the difference
Integrated directly into the ETS
onework SCAN is used directly within the ETS project. Analysis and evaluation take place right where the relevant project data is already available.
Rapid Condition Assessment
Missing or invalid individual addresses, as well as devices that cannot be reached, are automatically detected. This provides immediate clarity regarding the status of the project.
Both a broad overview and in-depth analysis
Status cards provide a quick overview. The device status allows for targeted, detailed analysis using search, sort, and filter functions.
Read-only and secure
onework SCAN operates in read-only mode, does not modify any technical project data, and does not transfer any data to external servers.
That's what makes the difference
Full KNX compatibility
Manufacturer-independent and flexible for use in any KNX environment.
Intuitive Operation
Button-style interface for maximum ease of use—no adjustment required.
Versatile Control
Lighting, blinds/shutters, windows, temperature, and scenes—all with just a tap.
Advanced Features
Automatic/Manual Detection, Window Instructions, and Smart Automations with onework CORE.
Diagnose. Analyze. Document.
onework SCAN brings structure to project reviews. From the initial overview to the exportable results, the app supports a workflow that works in practice: review, prioritize, narrow down, document.
onework SCAN performs a project-wide diagnostic check of KNX devices within an ETS project. Devices with missing or invalid individual addresses, as well as unreachable devices, are automatically detected. Devices that respond are marked as "OK," while those that do not respond are marked as "Error."
The overview consolidates results into clear status cards and provides a quick, at-a-glance view of the project's status. Individual cards or the entire overview can be exported as a PDF. Custom cards based on saved filter sets make it easier to evaluate specific device groups and problem types.
The Device Status screen displays each device along with its ETS project data and test status. You can use sorting, search, and filter options to narrow down the list of visible devices. Clicking on a device name takes you directly to that device in ETS.
Custom filter sets can be created, saved, and reapplied. This allows for the targeted analysis of specific problem types or device groups across multiple inspections. Status cards can be based directly on these filter sets.
Results from status cards can be exported as PDF files. Device status can be exported as a CSV or Excel file. In addition to technical analysis, onework SCAN thus supports reporting, handoffs, and traceable project documentation.
Analysis Results at a Glance
Status cards, device overviews, and detailed test results make it easy to quickly grasp the status of an ETS project and evaluate it in a targeted manner.
