Intelligent Automation for Efficient Work Environments
The Emmy Noether House in Kiel, located in the Kiel Science Park, features modern workspaces, communication areas, and common areas with high-quality technical infrastructure. onework provided support through manufacturer-led planning and construction supervision, as well as the integration of intelligent room and building automation. Lighting, Human Centric Lighting, indoor climate control, occupancy and daylighting functions, as well as central automation logic, were integrated into a scalable building structure.
Across 6,300 m² of usable floor space, 725 KNX devices were integrated into a KfW 55 energy-efficient building. As a result, the Emmy Noether House combines a modern work environment with energy-efficient building systems and scalable automation.
